Common questions
How many Pokémon can I compare at once?
Up to six. Mega Evolutions, Gigantamax and regional forms count as separate entries, so you can put Charizard next to both Mega Charizards in one view.
What does the game version dropdown change?
Only the move lists: level-up moves, egg moves, tutor moves and TM/HM tables follow the game you pick. Base stats and typings are shown for the current games.
Why are some move columns empty?
If a Pokémon is not in the selected game, it has no learnset there. Mega and Gigantamax forms borrow the moves of their base form.
Can I share a comparison?
Yes. The Share button copies a link that holds the Pokémon and the game version.
About Comparing Pokémon
Why compare Pokémon side by side
Reading stats one page at a time makes it hard to see which Pokémon is actually better at a job. The comparison table puts up to six together, with coloured bars for each base stat and the best value highlighted. You can see at a glance who is fastest, who is bulkiest and who hits hardest.
More than stats
The table also shows types, abilities including Hidden Abilities, egg groups, gender ratio, capture rate, growth rate, EV yield, height, weight and Pokédex entries. Height and weight visuals show how big each one is next to a human reference.
Moves for any game
Pick a game version and the tool lists level-up moves by level, then tables for all moves, egg moves, tutor moves and TMs. That is useful when you are choosing between two similar Pokémon for a team. Once you decide, add both to the team planner or check how they would breed with the breeding calculator.
